HOW TO COOK EASY CREPE
Crepe is a type of pancake cooked very thinly. It is so easy
how to cook crepe. I have shared with you simple pancake recipe but this one is
easier. Anybody can make Crepe because of its simplicity. When I first heard of
this dish, I thought it would be hard to learn how to cook it not until my mom
said I could cook it without her help. I am going to share with you my easy
Crepe recipe and you can add ingredients that you think can improve the taste
better. This is how to cook Easy Crepe:
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs (whisked)
½ cup all-purpose cream
A pinch of salt
½ cup water
2 tablespoon margarine (melted)
Maple syrup
1 teaspoon oil
COOKING PROCEDURE:
- Combine eggs with flour, cream, water, margarine and salt. Stir thoroughly until smooth.
- In a griddle, spread oil and set over medium-high heat.
- Scoop ¼ cup batter onto the griddle by batch, carefully shape to circle.
- Cook the batter in 2 minutes each side.
- Put in a serving plate and pour maple syrup over it.
- And serve.
