One of the best Japanese foods is the Chicken Hibachi. Hibachi Chicken costs much in the restaurant but you can cut the cost if you are gonna make yourself this dish. For
you guys who love Japanese foods, I am gonna share with you this recipe. Just
get the ingredients we need and follow the procedures. Here is how to cook my
Chicken Hibachi:
INGREDIENTS:
4 boneless chicken breasts cut in halves.
4 tablespoon of margarine
2 zucchini, chopped
1 medium size sweet onion, chopped
½ cup of vegetable oil
½ cup of soy sauce
10 pieces of mushrooms, sliced into 4
1 tablespoon of calamansi extract
5 cups of bean sprout or togue
2 tablespoon of sesame seeds
PROCEDURE:
- Slice the chicken into desired sizes.
- Put vegetable oil into two frying pans, 1 tablespoon each. Heat the pan into moderate temperature.
- Fry quickly the chicken into the one of the pans.
- Put 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of margarine, a pinch of salt and pepper to the chicken.
- Put the zucchini and onion into the other pan.
- Put 2 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of margarine and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Quick fry the vegetables as the chicken is being cooked. Stir both pans while the vegetables and chicken are being cooked.
- Right after the chicken has sauteed, add the calamansi extract and the mushrooms into the other pan. Stir still.
- Add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of margerine, and a pinch of salt and pepper to the mushrooms. Cook for 7 minutes and add sesame seeds.
- Add the bean sprout to the pan where you cooked the vegetables and cook in high temperature. Add 2 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of margarine, and a pich of salt and pepper.
- Mix the chicken with the vegetables and scatter sesame seeds onto it.
