HOW TO COOK CHICKEN ADOBO (ADOBONG MANOK)
Adobo is a Spanish dish cooked with paprika, oregano, salt,
garlic and vinegar. As the years went by, people made new ways how to cook it.
Today, the most popular of its kind is the Adobo of the Filipino and I like the
way how to cook it. I tried many ways how to ccok this Adobo thing but I really
like the Pinoy version of it. The taste is different in a way that you could
not tell what kind of meat you are eating because it has a taste that you could
not find in any chicken dish. This is a simple recipe of my chicken adobo and I
hope you’ll get the taste I am talking about. This is how we cook it:

2 medium size sweet onion (sliced thinly)
5 cloves garlic (minced)
1 ginger (minced)
