How To Make Leberkäse – The Germans love to eat sausages and many kinds of dishes that have sausage in it. Leberkäse is a sort of sausage baked in a mold. This dish is eaten and served with fried egg or can be served with mashed potatoes too. Mustard can be a perfect thing that can be combined with, either sweet or hot. Leberkäse is made of ground pork and beef with fatty bacon. I have found one canned Leberkäse but the taste was different although I could taste something that is close enough to being Leberkäse. This dish is also an Aryan traditional food which I believe can be eaten as main course for breakfast and dinner or can be eaten as snack combined with hot lemon and tea. Here is how to make Leberkäse:
Ingredients
½ kilo ground beef
¼ kilo ground pork
1 cup fatty bacon (diced)
2 bratwurst (cooked, remove the skin)
1cup sweet onion (minced)
1 cup ice (crushed)
½ teaspoon lemon extract
2 tablespoon butter
Salt and pepper (according to your taste)
Marjoram
Cooking Procedure

- Melt the butter in a saucepan.

- Place the meat mixture into the tray. Spread butter around the meat mixture.
- Bake the meat for 1 hour 15 minutes.
