INGREDIENTS
8 cups of chicken broth
4 eggs (whisked)
3 pieces of spring onions (minced)
½ teaspoon of sesame oil
Salt to taste
COOKING PROCEDURE
1. In a pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil.
2. Add the salt and sesame oil. Check for its saltiness.
3. Lower the heat a bit.
4. Stir the broth in one direction either clockwise or
counter-clockwise and while doing that, slowly pour in the eggs.
5. When eggs are solidified, add the srping onions.
6. Remove from heat and serve while it is hot.
