INGREDIENTS
22 oz. low sugar chocolate
4 tbsp sour cream
3 tbsp cognac
2 tsp five-spice powder
8 oz.
2 cups whip cream
4 tbsp brown sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp chili powder

COOKING PROCEDURE
1. Chop the chocolate as small as possible.
2. Fill-in water in a pan and heat. Do not let the water boil.
3. Combine chocolate, whip cream and sugar in a microwavable container.
4. Put the container over the hot water. Make sure the container does not reach the bottom of the pan.
5. When heat is enough, turn down the heat of the stove and start melting the chocolate.
6. Keep on stirring to prevent the chocolate from getting burn.
7. When the chocolate starts to melt, stir in five-spice powder, cinnamon, chili powder and cognac.
8. Transfer the mixture into a fondue pot.
9. Swirl sour cream over the fondue when serving.

INGREDIENTS
8 cups of chicken broth
4 eggs (whisked)
3 pieces of spring onions (minced)
½ teaspoon of sesame oil
Salt to taste


COOKING PROCEDURE
1. In a pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil.
2. Add the salt and sesame oil. Check for its saltiness.
3. Lower the heat a bit.
4. Stir the broth in one direction either clockwise or counter-clockwise and while doing that, slowly pour in the eggs.
5. When eggs are solidified, add the srping onions.

How To Cook Easy Sesame Chicken –I can’t get enough of the Chinese dishes because they are really delicious. Here is another decent chicken dish recipe that I want to share with you, the Sesame Chicken. You will love this dish because it has the taste that you couldn’t explain even though you know the ingredients and the combination of the sauce and marinade used plus the taste of toasted sesame seeds add mystery to it. It is like kung pao chicken but has different taste. You may want to replace other ingredients like rice wine with dry sherry and it is up to your taste. If you are cost-cutting but you want to eat tasty dish, I would recommend you to use chicken back instead of breasts to make it more economical. Here is how to cook Easy Sesame Chicken:



INGREDIENTS
6 pieces chicken breats (cut into chunks)
4 tablespoon of sesame seeds (toasted)
4 cups cooking oil

For the marinade
2 tsp Canola oil
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp baking powder
4 tbsp chicken broth
4 tbsp cornstarch
4 tbsp all-purpose flour
2 tbsp rice wine
4 tbsp low sodium soy sauce


For the Sauce
2 cloves garlic (minced)
2 teaspoon chili paste or hot chili barbecue sauce
4 tablespoon sesame oil
4 tablespoon soy sauce
2 cups brown sugar
½ cup cornstarch
¼ cup rice vinegar
3 cups chicken broth


COOKING PROCEDURE
1. In a bowl, combine all the marinade together. Mix well.
2. Marinade the chicken for half an hour.
3. In a saucepan, combine all the sauce ingredients and bring to a boil until the sauce started to thicken.
4. Remove the sauce from heat and set aside.
5. In a deep pan, heat the oil.
6. Deep-fry the chicken until golden brown or cooked.
7. When done frying, transfer the chicken in a serving plate.
8. Pour the sauce over the chicken and scatter sesame seeds over it.
9. And serve with rice.
