How to Make Simple Fusion Chocolate Fondue –meals are not
complete without desserts. It can be an ice cream, jams, pastries or candies.
But sometimes, we rather not have desserts because we find it expensive especially
when we eat at fancy restaurants. We rather order for some soda instead of
sweet food that we can even enjoy the taste on the account of its steep price
that we think a waste of money. There are many kinds of dessert that we can
easily make at home so don’t be devastated by those expensive desserts served
in fancy restaurants. I know being frugal is not bad at all so I came up with
the idea of making expensive desserts a little bit cheap. Fusion Chocolate
Fondue is just one of them. Here is how to make Simple Fusion Chocolate Fondue:
INGREDIENTS
22 oz. low sugar chocolate
4 tbsp sour cream
3 tbsp cognac
2 tsp five-spice powder
8 oz.
2 cups whip cream
4 tbsp brown sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp chili powder
COOKING PROCEDURE
1. Chop the chocolate as small as possible.
2. Fill-in water in a pan and heat. Do not let the water
boil.
3. Combine chocolate, whip cream and sugar in a microwavable
container.
4. Put the container over the hot water. Make sure the
container does not reach the bottom of the pan.
5. When heat is enough, turn down the heat of the stove and
start melting the chocolate.
6. Keep on stirring to prevent the chocolate from getting
burn.
7. When the chocolate starts to melt, stir in five-spice
powder, cinnamon, chili powder and cognac.
8. Transfer the mixture into a fondue pot.
9. Swirl sour cream over the fondue when serving.
