HOW TO COOK SIMPLE EGG DROP SOUP


How to Cook Simple Egg Drop Soup –this Chinese dish is very simple to cook and prepare. There are many ways how to make it. Many people who cook Egg Drop Soup use vegetables or some sorts of seaweeds. They even add pork, beef or chicken. Others use spices and oils to suit their tastes. When cooking this dish, you should put in mind that there are some people that are allergic to some spices like hot chili, pepper and even ginger so it is better to know if there is one in your family that has this kind of allergy. You don’t want to suffer them. If in case your son or daughter is allergic to spices, don’t worry because this recipe I am going to share with you has no spices that can affect their condition. We can say this Egg Drop Soup is a good diet for allergic persons. Here is how to cook Simple Egg Drop Soup:



INGREDIENTS
8 cups of chicken broth
4 eggs (whisked)
3 pieces of spring onions (minced)
½ teaspoon of sesame oil
Salt to taste


COOKING PROCEDURE
1. In a pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil.
2. Add the salt and sesame oil. Check for its saltiness.
3. Lower the heat a bit.
4. Stir the broth in one direction either clockwise or counter-clockwise and while doing that, slowly pour in the eggs.
5. When eggs are solidified, add the srping onions.
6. Remove from heat and serve while it is hot.
