How To Cook Goto –This dish is very similar to Arroz Caldo
dish. Their only difference is that cow’s innard is used in Goto instead of
chicken. This is one of the fast foods the students and workers like to eat for
breakfast because it is offered in many small food carts in very cheap prices.
I can still remember my high school days, I used to go to the nearest small
food shop to buy Goto. In the city where I live, when the sun sets, small food
carts open to serve Goto for snack and even for dinner. Graveyard shift workers
in the city like Goto for their dinner because it is delicious, cheap and
packed with carbohydrates that can help them make through the evening works.
This Goto recipe I am going to share with you is the one I used in my Arroz
