HOW TO COOK PORK INASAL (INASAL NA BABOY)


How To Cook Pork Inasal (Inasal Na Baboy) –Not all of us prefer chicken over pork in cooking dishes but many pork lovers would like to eat Inasal. But the problem is that Inasal is commonly served as chicken dish so I came up with the idea of cooking it using pork instead of chicken. This is not a new thing to us and I know many of us already know about this Pork Inasal dish but for the sake of other readers who barely hear about this dish, I am going to share with you my Pork Inasal recipe and I hope you’ll love it as you love the very famous Inasal Na Manok. This version is not the tricky one, instead I cut the recipe into the easy version to help the beginners to stablish their cooking without getting afraid of what the outcome of their cookings could be. This is how to cook Pork Inasal (Inasal na Baboy):



Ingredients
1 kilo of pork tenderloin (sliced into 8 pieces)
3 stalks of Tanglad or Lemon Grass (crushed)
¼ cup of Calamansi extract
½ cup of Lemon soda like Mountain Dew
4 cloves of garlic (crushed)
2 tablespoon of Achuete seeds or Annatto seeds
½ teaspoon of ground black pepper
Hot chili sauce (chili pepper powder will do)
Oil
Salt to taste

Cooking Procedure
  1. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients except for oil and annatto seeds.
  2. Add the pork and marinate for the whole night.
  3. In a pan, fry the annattoo seeds and segregate the oil from the seeds. Set aside the oil.
  4. Drain the pork. Combine the Annatto oil with the marinade.
  5. In a grill, cook the pork side to side. Spread with marinade and annatto oil mixture time to time.
  6. Keep grilling until the pork is cooked and tender.
  7. And done. Best served with Tequila.

HOW TO COOK GOTO


How To Cook Goto –This dish is very similar to Arroz Caldo dish. Their only difference is that cow’s innard is used in Goto instead of chicken. This is one of the fast foods the students and workers like to eat for breakfast because it is offered in many small food carts in very cheap prices. I can still remember my high school days, I used to go to the nearest small food shop to buy Goto. In the city where I live, when the sun sets, small food carts open to serve Goto for snack and even for dinner. Graveyard shift workers in the city like Goto for their dinner because it is delicious, cheap and packed with carbohydrates that can help them make through the evening works. This Goto recipe I am going to share with you is the one I used in my Arroz Caldo. I just edited it and replaced the chiken with cow’s innard. Here is how to cook Goto:



Ingredients
½ kilo of cow’s innard (sliced in desired sizes)
2 cups of uncooked rice (soaked up in water for 30 minutes)
1 Liter of water
6 cloves of garlic
2 thumb-size ginger (thinly sliced)
1 medium size onions (thinly sliced)
Fish sauce to taste
1 teaspoon of freshly ground pepper
¼ cup of Safflower
3 tablespoon of cooking oil
3 eggs (whisked)
! cup of chopped spring onions

Cooking Procedure
  1. In a pot, saute garlic until light brown.
  2. Add the onions, saute until transparent.
  3. Add the ginger, saute for half a minute.
  4. Add the innards and stir until cooked.
  5. Add the fish sauce, stir a little bit.
  6. Add the water and bring to a boil.
  7. Simmer for 30 minutes or until the rice is cooked.
  8. Stir occasionally to make it a little thick.
  9. Pour in the egg and stir.
  10. Transfer in a serving bowl and serve.

HOW TO COOK ARROZ CALDO WITH CHICKEN FEET



How To Cook Arroz Caldo With Chicken Feet –Many of the Filipinos want to cook Arroz Caldo but not most of us would spend little extra for the chicken because in the Philippines, chicken is not a thing we would buy anytime we want to. But there are some ways to cook Arroz Caldo in an affordable way, can be barely different as far as the taste is concerned but way cheaper and affordable. One of these ways is by using chicken feet instead of chicken legs or wings. Cooking dishes doesn’t need to be fancy, the point in cooking is that you make a mouth-pleasing and delicious food without putting up too much effort and money and cooking Arroz Caldo is an example. Here is how to cook Arroz Caldo with chicken feet:



Ingredients
½ kilo of chiken feet (cleaned)
2 cups of uncooked rice (soaked up in water for 30 minutes)
1 ½ Liter of water
6 cloves of garlic
2 thumb-size ginger (thinly sliced)
1 medium size onions (thinly sliced)
Fish sauce to taste
1 teaspoon of freshly ground pepper
¼ cup of Safflower
3 tablespoon of cooking oil
3 eggs (whisked)
! cup of chopped spring onions

Cooking Procedure

  5. Add the fish sauce, stir a little bit.

  9. Pour in the egg, stir while pouring in the egg.
  10. And serve while hot.
