HOW TO COOK CHICKEN TERIYAKI


How To Cook Chicken Teriyaki –I have shared with you my other teriyaki recipes before using the pork and beef and now we are going to cook the Chicken Teriyaki thing. I knew that some of us didn’t like the beef or pork so I thought this recipe would be good for them. This Chicken Teriyaki is a very Asian dish and I think this dish is one of the most served dishes in most of the Japanese restaurants. Not many of us know how to cook Chicken Teriyaki so this is also a good time to learn.

This is just a simple version of it and I think it is better so that those of you who want to experiment but don’t know how to cook this dish could start cooking it easier and doing some experiments at the same time. Although it is just a simple way to cook Chicken Teriyaki, you can still make your own version of it by replacing some of the ingredients with what you think is better or good. HOW TO COOK CHICKEN TERIYAKI

Ingredients
½ kg chicken breasts
2 cups of water
1 cup of rice
2 tablespoon all-purpose flour
10g chicken broth cube
1/8 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon sugar
3 cups string bean (chopped)
2 tablespoon chopped fried garlic

Cooking Procedure
1. Boil water in a pan. Put the uncooked rice stir and simmer until the rice is cooked.
2. Slice the chicken into about ½ centimeter thin strips.
3. Gather the flour, broth, soy sauce, sugar, and garlic into a bowl and mix thoroughly.
4. Set another frying pan over medium heat, saute the chicken until brown.
5.  Pour the flour into the pan with the strip, and stir.
6. Let it boil and stir until the mixture becomes thick.
7. Put the rice in a small bowl and add the chicken over it and serve.
