HOW TO COOK SLOW LIVER

Slow liver or Braised liver is very popular in America. Half a century ago, the U.S. soldiers used to eat this dish because it was easy to prepare and didn’t require much ingredients. It is very simple how to cook this dish, but what I don’t like in this dish is you have to cook it slowly, indeed slowly, that’s how to cook it. But it’s worth it. You’ll love the taste and it is so mouth watering. I am going to share with you this recipe. This is how to cook Slow Liver:

INGREDIENTS:

200g pork liver (sliced)

PROCEDURE:

  1. In a pot, cover the liver with water.
  2. Cook in a low heat until liver is cooked.
  3. Add flour and salt, and pepper. The amount of flour depends on how much thickness you want. Stir thoroughly until smooth.
