HOW TO COOK SHIJIN CHAO FAN



In this recipe, we are going to talk about the other way how to cook Chao Fan, it is Shijin chao fan. This is I think the Japanese style because of its name, but I am not that sure haha! But I am sure the Japanese have their own way of how to cook chao fan and I think this is it. Guys, read and learn. This is how to cook it:




INGREDIENTS:

8 tablespoon olive oil
8 pieces of egg (whisked)
200 grams grilled beef (chopped into tiny cubes)
8 cups of cooked rice
1 teaspoon of black pepper
4 teaspoon of rice wine
4 teaspoon of soy sauce
½ cup of spring onion
Sesame oil



PROCEDURE:

  1. Put the olive oil in a pan and heat.
  2. Put the egg, stir until scrambled.
  3. Set the pan in medium-high heat.
  4. Add rice and stir.
  5. Add the beef and stir.
  6. Add salt and pepper as much as you desire and stir.
  7. Add the rice wine and soy sauce and stir.
  8. Add the sesame oil and spring onion, and stri throughly.
  9. Put in a bowl and serve.
