HOW TO MAKE PFANNKUCHEN (GERMAN CREPE RECIPE)

How To Make Pfannkuchen (German Crepe Recipe) –here is another sort of European pancake that you would love. It is not your typical pancake because the process and flavorings are traditional in Germany. The name Pfannkuchen is a general term for crepe, pancake and sometimes doughnut. This crepe is usually served with berry jam or applesauce. If you are having a hard time having your kids eat their  breakfast, then it is the good time for you to make this cake because kids love it especially when you combine it with some sweet thick flavorings. Ingredients
6 eggs
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
A pinch of salt
butter

Cooking Procedure:
  1. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients except oil.
  2. Mix perfectly until batter is smooth.
  3. In a skillet, heat butter over medium heat.
  4. Scoop batter and fry until browned and flip to cook the other side. Do the process for the rest of the batter.
  5. Serve with your favorite jams.
