HOW TO COOK TUNA CASSEROLE



The word Casserole is a french word for Saucepan. It is also reffered to the food that is cooked and served in a saucepan. There are many ways how to cook casserole. Many methods are not originally from France and most of the people who know how to cook it learned new methods in their own way. I am one of those people. I tried to learn how to cook it when I was in college but I lost my interest after several failures because I was trying to make myself new version of casserole. Not until I came up with the idea of using a macaroni and carrots. I went to the supermarket to buy the ingredients and finally, I made my method how to cook casserole. And I made not only one version of it but three. Here is my first method how to cook it, my tuna casserole:



Recipe: Tuna Casserole

INGREDIENTS:

50g macaroni
1 medium size onion (minced)
200g cooked tuna (diced)
2 eggs (whisked)
2 cups mozzarella cheese (shredded
1 cup carrots (thinly sliced)
12 oz. canned tuna
500ml condensed milk
1 cup canned young corn (sliced)
½ cup all purpose flour
Oil



PROCEDURE:

  1. Cook macaroni in a pot of water for 10 minutes or until drained.
  2. Preheat the oven to 420 degrees F.
  3. Mix macaroni, onion, 1 cup cheese, flour, carrots, tuna, milk and young corn.
  4. Drizzle a baking pan with oil.
  5. Pour the mixture into the baking pan and scatter with the rest of the cheese.
  6. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes.
  7. And serve.
