HOW TO COOK MUSHROOM SOUP



Mushroom soup is a simple type of soup which is served with a creamy and smooth broth and mushrooms. The way how to cook mushroom soup in the United States varries from the way people in Asian countries how to cook it because there are numerous types of mushroom that can be used. The way how I cook it is very simple, I do not know if you can call it American style or Asian style because I combined them in my very own version. This is how to cook my mushroom soup:



INGREDIENTS:

1 medium size onion (thinly chopped)
1 teaspoon of margarine
1 tablespoon of butter
10 oz. instant mushroom soup
1 cup milk
 ½ cup of blackeyed beans
3 tablespoon yogurt



COOKING PROCEDURE:

  1. Melt the butter in a sauce pan.
  2. Saute the onion in butter until transparent.
  3. Add soup together with milk and beans.
  4. Heat on medium-low temperature until beans are cooked.
  5. Stir and add yogurt as desired.
  6. And serve.
