HOW TO COOK MASHED POTATOES



Mashed Potatoes is common in North America especially in the United States and Canada. I had my very first Mashed potatoes when I went to Tucson, Arizona. It did not catch my attention that much not until I had my first munch of it. I did not know that from the simple potatoes can make out a delicious food called Mashed Potatoes. Here is the recipe I asked for from my American cousin.


INGREDIENTS:

5 medium size potatoes
½ cup milk
¼ cup butter
1/8 cup all-purpose cream
½ tablespoon salt
Pepper


COOKING PROCEDURE:

1. Peel the potatoes and cube according to your desire.
2. Put the potatoes in a pan and boil for about 30 minutes.
3. Remove the water from the pan.
4. Add milk, butter, all-purpose cream, salt, and pepper.
5. Stir and mash until fluffy.
6. Put in a bowl and refrigerate.


There you go! Cooking mashed potatoes is very easy and it does not require too much ingredients. Well, what are you waiting for? Grab the ingredients and cook your very own mashed potatoes.
