HOW TO MAKE MANGO CHOCO SHAKE



This one is good in summer. It is so easy to make and I mean it. You won’t need to order shake from the fancy restaurant because you can make it yourself. Here is the procedure:



INGREDIENTS:

5pcs. Ripe mangoes (sliced)
½ cup all-purpose cream
1 teaspoon sesame seeds (you may use crushed peanuts)
½ cup milk
25g instant choco powder
4 cups crushed ice




PROCEDURE:

  1. Blend all the ingredients in a blender except sesam seeds, blend until smooth.
  2. Pour in a glass. You may swirl around choco syrup inside the glass lining before you pour the mixture.
  3. Scatter with sesame seeds over it. And serve.

HOW TO MAKE MAC AND FRUIT SALAD




One of my favorite dishes during summer is Mac and Fruit salad. I love both macaroni and fruit salad so I combined them in one dish. Here is how to make it:




INGREDIENTS:

1 ½ cups sweetened condensed milk
1 ½ cup all-purpose heavy cream
1 can Fruit Cocktail
2 cups strawberry (chopped into two pieces)
2 pcs apples (cubed)
3 cups elbow macaroni pasta (cooked)
1 cup chicken strips (cooked)
1 eggyolk (boiled and mashed)


PROCEDURE:

  1. In a bowl, combine condensed milk and cream, mix well.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and chill before serving.
